Version 1.1 Of Putrid Putters Is Here

The fantastic horror putt-putt game with 2 challenging courses from Horror Palace has been updated to version 1.1!

Putrid Putters is one of the best miniature golf games out there for the computer. Your goal is simple in mini golf; get the golf ball in the hole in the fewest amount of shots. It sounds easy but horror characters, villains, monsters and obstacles stand in your way! Choose from 2 entertaining and terrifying courses; Scarecrow Fever and Bloody Barbarians. Putrid Putters makes it simple to play a round of golf; use the mouse to aim, and use the mouse button to adjust the power strength. Oodles of features included; 2 courses, 36 holes, golf ball chooser, creepy music and sound effects with a detailed statistical database! Plus, an in-game high score leaderboard showing you the best 100 rounds played in the world!

Morbid Mansion Has Been Updated

The incredible PacMan-like arcade game with a horrifying twist from Horror Palace has been updated to version 1.1!

You control a good witch and must navigate through the catacombs of mazes inside the mansion while avoiding ghosts and picking up all of the body parts thrown about. Tons of features; 50 levels, 4 difficulties from easy to frantic, keyboard or joystick play, gobs of horror bonuses, oodles of creepy music tracks and sound effects, plus, in-game worldwide high score tables!

Abstract Forces Gearing Up For I AM ALONE Zombie/Reality Movie

From the visionary team behind PEOPLE OF EARTH comes I AM ALONE, a Horror, Found Footage, Reality style Zombie film looking for funding during the pre-production faze.

SYNOPSIS: Jacob Fitts television host and survivalist, with his crew Producer Adam Levine & Cameraman Mason Riley set out to shoot another episode of their popular survival show, I Am Alone. Episode 113 takes us deep into the Colorado Rockies where Jacob will be left alone for 7 days while his team sets off into town to capture footage and shoot interviews. Within hours a viral outbreak spreads rapidly across the globe. Unaware of this outbreak, Jacob, isolated continues shooting his Television show. As day one comes to a close Jacob is attacked and bitten by an infected person. As the virus spreads through the town Mason and Adam have to fight the infected to save their own lives. With the CDC monitoring the outbreak they pick up Mason and all his footage and bring him back to base for questioning.  Reviewing Mason’s footage the CDC tries to piece together why the virus has taken longer to transform Jacob. The CDC forces Mason to relive the events of the previous days through his footage to learn more about the virus and Jacobs survival.

Review: On opening this review I would be remiss not to state that the novel reminded me of a few horror/scifi films namely – Invasion Of The Body Snatchers and They Wait, both mysterious, weird and alien-like that keeps you mesmerized throughout. Starers has that much beloved scifi feel all with zombie-like trances.

Starers is about the Keene family with a strong focus on the youngest daughter Lucy. They get stuck or more of the sorts, imprisoned, in their own abode because of these “starers.” Someone or many are controlling the townsfolk in which they stand outside of the Keene’s house under a haunting gaze. They all act zombie-esque with no emotions protruding and stare at Lucy. Wherever or whatever she does they follow with a super-scary ominous tone that is brazen and downright freaky.

There is strong paranoia throughout the home which makes total sense in this situation. This “evil” that is controlling many won’t give up until they get the grand prize of a bride. Dylan (Lucy’s father) is determined to protect his daughter at all cost. Will love survive in the end and lay defeat to the “starers,” you must read this novel to find out, it is well worth it tenfold.
