Just look at the majestic influence the mere image of death can exploit. Death’s victim is filled with so much fear that she is unable to control her breathing, heartbeat, blood pressure and bodily actions. Without even fighting she cringes down into a corner, screaming like a little girl. What used to be a confident woman has been rendered into shell of fear.
All Death has to do is show up, yielding his legendary scythe. Her screams and failing mind is like music to his soul. For this reason he takes his time to bring down the scythe. Until that moment comes he’ll embrace all the fearful energy she pushes out. His faceless stare holds a hidden smile of gratification no-one can see, and it only grows bigger when the victims beg for their insignificant life.
In this instance he is more than happy to just stand there and torture the little girl until she runs out of breath or energy to fight.

It’s the image that typically appears in nightmares, so how can it be real? It’s that smiling and happy clown that rules the sub-conscience minds of the innocent, and yet the danger gets brushed off like an insignificant insect. This is exactly what he wants. He enjoys the disbelief, because when he strikes it’s always a surprise. He can literally hear the heart of his victim pumping blood and adrenalin throughout the body. Only one bite is like releasing a volcano that is dying to spew out all its hot lava. Creating the ultimate fear within a matter of seconds is what he thrives on, which is also why he keeps his existence a myth.
The character clown stays true to his eccentric profession and refuses to let go of the comedy that comes with the territory. His performance is very basic and simple. First he hangs the victim from the feet and slices the neck. He likes to drain the blood before he cuts off the body parts, because he doesn’t enjoy blood as much as the others. Then he entertains himself by checking if there is still life in the limbs he severed.
As a typical Gemini combination, one is dark and the other is light. In order to reach a middle ground the happy one plays out a comedic show for the ignorant audience while the other engages in a stabbing rampage. When the painful shrieks increase in volume so does the intensity of the show. Their mission is to create a juxtaposition where the audience can’t help but laugh while they bleed to death. It’s the perfect internal conflict, mixing pleasure and pain.
